Our Foundation
Founded by a team of Microsoft experts and collaboration specialists, Teams Concierge was born from a recognition that many organizations struggle to harness the full power of Microsoft Teams. We set out to create a solution that would make Teams management simple, efficient, and effective.

Through years of experience with various Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business projects, as well as the cooperation of our Microsoft MVP's with the Microsoft product teams, we were able to gather a lot of experience with topics from the areas of communication and collaboration.
It is precisely through this experience that we have noticed more and more points for improvement. Today, many tasks have to be carried out manually or require the help of various 3rd party tools. These tools work very well individually with Microsoft Teams, but not necessarily in combination with each other.
The founders of the dotCLOUD LLC, which is located in Switzerland and has developed and built Teams Concierge as a service, have always focused on transparency and automation with Microsoft technologies.
Sharing and connectivity have worked for us. Today, we work through a global network of more than 23 strategic partners and serve approximately 1,000 clients, from SMEs to the largest global organizations. Our head office is located in Rotkreuz, similar to the dotCLOUD LLC head office in Switzerland, and in our office in Estonia we develop and improve our solution for you.
Our service is hosted on a Microsoft tenant, which is located in Switzerland. Just like our payment transaction partner.
