Where my Data is stored?

In principle, no data is stored by us. Our portal works with a pull and push request system. Only the uploaded CSV files for the telephone numbers (SIP trunks) and the processing of the requests are stored or processed by us. Teams Concierge is a SaaS solution that is operated entirely on Microsoft Azure. The data we store is therefore located in a Microsoft data center in Switzerland. Individual processing technology can also be processed by Microsoft Azure in the European Union, but not stored.

Who can access my Data?

Only you and your employees, whom you authorize to access our portal via the Azure Enterprise App. We have absolutely no access to your data! The only information we have is the information you provided when registering for our SaaS solution, your current subscription status and support cases you have opened with us. We have no access to your company data that is processed through our SaaS. Even the CSV files you upload to Teams Concierge are stored encrypted in a secure storage (vault).

The CSV files you upload are stored in an encrypted Azure Vault. This is located in a Microsoft data center in Switzerland and only you and your company have access to it.

dotCLOUD is a Swiss IT company with additional locations in Estonia and the United Arab Emirates. The head office is located in Switzerland. Software and SaaS solutions are developed in the dotCLOUD studio in Estonia and in Switzerland. Therefore, the name can simplify the use accordingly. In principle, however, you are free to name the CSV files as you wish.
